Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share in the Pekanbaru and surrounding regions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding belt drive systems and power transmission products.
- Prepare and conduct professional presentations and technical proposals for key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing and post-sales technical follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing technical concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial or mechanical components.
- Strong understanding of power transmission systems and mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
