Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide expert technical consultation and application support to clients to ensure optimal product usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to customize solutions based on specific client application requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and technical troubleshooting.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our technical product portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, application engineering, or field service.
- Strong understanding of international manufacturing standards and industrial technical processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits as required.
