- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for advanced automation solutions
- Develop customized proposals and technical documentation to address client requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to create account-specific strategies and sales plans
- Provide pre-sales technical support including system design and feasibility analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Train internal stakeholders and clients on product features and implementation
- Manage post-sales technical handovers and support transition
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years in technical sales or sales engineering role
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and control technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven experience in CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Certifications in automation technologies (e.g., PLC, SCADA, IoT) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
