This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions to industrial clients across energy, manufacturing, and construction sectors. You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop customized proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and provide post-sales technical support. As a trusted advisor, you'll identify new market opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to our growth strategy in South Kalimantan. This contract position offers a unique platform to advance your career in technical sales while working with industry-leading equipment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies for Sullair air compressors and related products
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site assessments, and feasibility studies
  • Create customized technical proposals and quotations aligned with client specifications
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in industrial sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and installation support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide ongoing technical training and product knowledge to clients

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales role
  • Strong knowledge of air compressor systems and industrial equipment
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within industrial or energy sectors
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel within Kalimantan and remote site visits
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
