As a Sales Engineer, you will be the face of our technical expertise. You will support the sales team by providing deep-dive product demonstrations, conducting technical consultations, and delivering presentations that resonate with potential clients. Your ability to understand client challenges and propose optimal technical solutions will be key to our success in the East Kalimantan market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth technical product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including RFQ analysis, proposal development, and technical answering.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during the negotiation and closing stages of the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, white papers, and sales collateral.
- Travel to client sites within the region to resolve technical issues and strengthen client relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
