Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sales team in the pre-sales process, providing expert technical advice on HVAC and fire safety systems.
- Conduct on-site surveys and analyze client requirements to recommend tailored, high-value solutions.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, specifications, and pricing quotations for potential projects.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales in the HVAC or Building Management Systems industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, chillers, boilers, and modern fire control systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented sales mindset and a strong customer focus.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for site visits.
