Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales team to develop technical solutions for packaging industry clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations for coding/marking systems
- Analyze client requirements and propose tailored packaging technology solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for sales cycles
- Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sale implementation assistance
- Train clients and internal teams on product features and applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field
- 3+ years experience in technical sales or engineering role within packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of coding, marking, and packaging technologies
- Proficiency in technical solution design and proposal development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Willingness to travel within Surabaya/Sidoarjo region
