Based in the industrial hub of Surabaya, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of industrial accounts, leveraging your technical knowledge to drive high-value sales growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the steel and industrial sectors in Surabaya and surrounding East Java areas.
  • Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, including engineers and procurement managers.
  • Provide expert technical consultation to help clients select the appropriate steel grades and engineering solutions for their specific project needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal engineering and production teams to ensure customized solutions meet client specifications.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monthly reports, and maintain updated client information within the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the steel, construction, or heavy machinery industries.
  • Strong understanding of industrial steel products, manufacturing processes, and technical blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with B2B stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for technical reporting and client interaction.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client site visits.
