Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial and hydraulic sectors in Singapore.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and project teams to develop customized technical solutions, proposals, and quotations that meet client specifications.
- Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical consultation and support to customers, effectively addressing inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions, aiming to successfully close sales and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement, exceptional service, and regular follow-ups.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and new product innovations relevant to fluid power and industrial automation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, contributing to strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development, preferably within the fluid power, hydraulics, industrial automation, or a related heavy industry sector.
- Strong foundational understanding of hydraulic systems, components, schematics, and their applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into viable, compelling sales propositions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing a sales pipeline and client portfolio.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and tenacious individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Singapore for client meetings and site visits.
