As a Sales Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between technical innovation and client needs, driving growth through expertise in industrial weighing technology.
This role combines technical proficiency with commercial acumen, requiring you to demonstrate product capabilities, resolve technical inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions. You'll work closely with clients in Surabaya and across Indonesia, helping manufacturers optimize their quality control processes while expanding our market presence in high-growth sectors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for weighing systems (Radwag, Baykon, Wipotec)
- Analyze client requirements to propose tailored weighing and inspection solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for food/pharma industry clients
- Provide pre-sales technical support including feasibility studies and ROI analysis
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation compliant with industry standards
- Train clients and internal staff on system operation and maintenance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or related field
- 2+ years in technical sales or engineering sales role
- Strong knowledge of weighing systems and quality control processes
- Experience in food/pharma manufacturing industries highly valued
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
