KSG Engineering is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic Real Estate & Property team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh talent to launch their career in the property industry while contributing to our company's growth across Malaysia.
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our property portfolio to prospective buyers across all regions of Malaysia, including Northern, Southern, East Coast, Sabah, and Sarawak. You will work closely with our experienced team to understand market dynamics, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to closing.
This role offers comprehensive training for entry-level candidates, making it ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and passionate about building a career in real estate sales. You will receive mentorship from industry professionals while developing your skills inNegotiation, client relationship management, and property marketing.

Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling presentations to potential buyers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Market properties effectively across all Malaysian regions including Sabah and Sarawak
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close property transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Foundation, or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills in English and Malay
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about sales success
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia when required
