- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's B2B project pipeline
- Present AHTI INTERIORS' design solutions and services to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in interior design or related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
