Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the retail sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to prospective customers to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular feedback on market positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or retail sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive speaking ability.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- High level of self-motivation and a target-oriented work ethic.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
