Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and consumer trends
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Understanding of Jakarta retail market and consumer behavior
- Valid driver's license and willingness for client visits
