Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide expert advice to customers regarding UniPlaster offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, hardware, or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for local travel.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
