Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and consumer markets
- Acquire new customers through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Present product solutions to prospective clients and negotiate contracts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Banten market dynamics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
