Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of medical products and services to new and existing clients in the Kuala Lumpur area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and medical professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Represent Fiamma Group at industry events and medical exhibitions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
