Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries effectively to meet daily targets.
- Conduct site visits and property viewings for potential clients.
- Provide detailed information regarding Matrix Concepts' product offerings and promotions.
- Prepare necessary sales documents and agreements for client closing.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Valid Real Estate Salesman License (SPRM/RELA) is an advantage.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Malaysian identity card.
