Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Present product demonstrations and promotional campaigns to retail clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales collateral
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 2+ years in sales or retail experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical abilities and market awareness
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
