Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guide clients through the purchasing process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve sales pitches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Real Estate or Property sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
