Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Sandakan area to expand our customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and maintain updated customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for client visits.
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment and handle pressure effectively.
