Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product lines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Manage store displays and inventory levels to ensure a professional appearance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with the local market in Bali is a plus.
- Highly energetic, outgoing, and target-oriented personality.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
