You will be empowered to take ownership of your designated sales territory, proactively seeking out new leads through door-to-door visits, community engagement, and referral programs. From prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting compelling on-site presentations and closing deals, you will manage the entire B2C sales cycle. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct active field sales activities to acquire new residential customers for FTTH WiFi internet packages within the assigned area of Gresik.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through door-to-door canvassing, community outreach, cold calling, and leveraging personal networks.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers, tailoring the pitch to specific household needs and budgets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiation, handling objections, and obtaining agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a smooth and timely service activation for the customer.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any reputable university, ideally with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in B2C field sales; experience in the telecommunications or internet service provider (ISP) industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid SIM C and own a motorcycle for extensive travel within the Gresik area.
  • Resilient and positive attitude towards rejection, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with using mobile apps and social media for professional purposes.
