Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the building materials sector
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Present and promote construction material products to contractors, developers, and retailers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client inquiries promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and industry trends
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
