Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in chemical construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and industrial clients in Jawa Barat
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for specialized chemical solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve client queries and provide product support
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in chemical, construction, or industrial products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environment
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals and their applications
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Fluency in English is highly advantageous
