Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Cosmetics Division in Semarang.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including engaging with potential retailers, salons, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and effective communication.
  • Present and demonstrate cosmetic products, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for cosmetic products.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a diploma with extensive experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local market in Semarang and Jawa Tengah.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
