We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join the CPS Honda Motor team in Bangli, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, driving new business by identifying potential customers through active canvassing and strategic networking. You will conduct field visits to various institutions, communities, schools, and local businesses to generate high-quality leads. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active canvassing and cold calling to identify and generate new leads.
- Perform field visits to schools, institutions, companies, and communities to promote Honda products.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential leads using CRM tools.
- Conduct test rides and provide detailed product demonstrations to interested buyers.
- Follow up with leads promptly to schedule sales appointments and close deals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bangli, Bali.
