Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Food Service sector to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Medan area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to secure new contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to management to inform strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Food Service or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to undergo training and mentoring processes to refine sales techniques.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
