Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and renovation sector.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific window furnishing needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage sales documentation for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining strong product knowledge.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or business development, preferably in home furnishings, interior design, or construction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to work on weekends or flexible hours as required by retail operations.
- A passion for home décor and a keen eye for aesthetic trends.
