Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HoReCa sector across Yogyakarta and East Java regions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for Indo Porcelain products
- Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HoReCa sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Yogyakarta and East Java
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
