Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our precision tooling market share in the Northern region.
- Conduct both indoor prospecting and outdoor client visits to understand operational requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to final contract negotiation.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor insights.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for outdoor visits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of precision tooling or industrial components is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
