- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the shipping, freight, and logistics sector.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, shipping rates, and terms of agreement to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and maximum client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and provide regular, insightful sales reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven working experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the shipping line, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping operations, container logistics, and maritime trade.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and willingness to travel for client meetings across the Jakarta region.
