Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, specifically targeting hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
  • Promote and demonstrate Patient Monitoring and OT equipment to key decision-makers, including doctors, surgeons, and procurement managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and training sessions to ensure clients understand the value proposition of our medical devices.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on market trends and evolving customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales or a similar B2B sales role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems and Operating Room (OT) equipment is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with medical professionals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
