Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of medical devices and ophthalmic instruments to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, and clinic partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in medical devices or ophthalmic equipment
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
