Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and distributors in the Jakarta Raya region.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas for our medical device portfolio.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and cultivate new client accounts.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and contribute to sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory landscape is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Jakarta and surrounding areas.
