Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain B2B relationships with UMKM owners and local merchants
- Present and sell mobile accessories/3C products through our B2B platform
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the Semarang territory
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with marketing teams
- Provide product training and support to business clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in retail/tech sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Semarang's local market landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
