We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at PT Satya Anugerah Nutritama. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of high-quality raw materials specifically tailored for the personal care industry within the Surabaya area. You will act as the essential bridge between our premium chemical and material products and key clients in the thriving beauty and personal care manufacturing sector. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, maintaining robust client relationships, and consistently achieving quarterly sales targets. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify emerging market trends and propose effective, data-driven solutions to our valued partners. This is a full-time opportunity to significantly grow your career in a stable and expanding industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and retain existing accounts within the Surabaya region.
  • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive range of raw materials for personal care products to potential and current customers.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and production teams to address client inquiries and ensure product specifications meet industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the personal care manufacturing sector.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, Chemical, or Personal Care industry.
  • Strong understanding of the personal care raw materials market and current industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for frequent client visits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
