We are seeking a results-oriented professional to manage and expand our sales territory across the Jabodetabek area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies and managing key client relationships. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Admin function to ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the designated Jabodetabek territory.
- Territory Management: Strategically manage and develop existing accounts while actively prospecting for new business opportunities in the pet food market.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Sales Administration: Support the Sales Admin team by maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and ensuring data integrity in the CRM system.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote the company's portfolio of pet food products to retail outlets and wholesale partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and stock replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or the pet industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple territories and priorities effectively.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Driver's License: Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Greater Jakarta area.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
