Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting them in finding the right products.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including organizing merchandise displays and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and securely.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages, damages, or needs for replenishment to the store manager.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive store atmosphere.
- Learn and utilize retail management systems (POS) effectively for tracking sales and customer data.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) education.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail industry.
- A cheerful attitude, high energy, and a strong willingness to learn new operational procedures.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks within the store environment.
