Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic client acquisition and conversion
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and real estate investors
- Conduct comprehensive property tours, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals
- Develop deep market expertise in Tangerang Selatan's residential and commercial property sectors
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and collateral
- Prepare detailed sales reports, market analyses, and performance forecasts
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in property/real estate sector
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent client site visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification in real estate (e.g., PPAT) is advantageous
