Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare contracts and necessary documentation in compliance with local regulations.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within Surakarta and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations is highly desirable.
