Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote and sell radiology medical devices to healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Provide feedback from the field to the product development team for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in radiology or healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of radiology equipment and medical technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
