Tanggung Jawab
- Drive monthly sales revenue by actively pursuing property sales targets and quotas.
- Identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective high-net-worth clients.
- Provide expert advisory services regarding property investment value, payment terms, and market trends.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update the CRM system with accurate client interactions.
- Participate in property launches, roadshows, and industry-related networking events.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless documentation and closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket luxury sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to build rapport with premium clientele.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by client demand.
