  • Drive monthly sales revenue by actively pursuing property sales targets and quotas.
  • Identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide expert advisory services regarding property investment value, payment terms, and market trends.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update the CRM system with accurate client interactions.
  • Participate in property launches, roadshows, and industry-related networking events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless documentation and closing processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket luxury sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
