Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with retail customers in Batam region
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Gree's consumer electronics portfolio
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in retail channels
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
- Stay updated on Gree's latest product innovations and industry developments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in retail/consumer electronics sector
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid Indonesian driver's license and willingness for local travel
- Fluency in English is highly desirable for international client interactions
