Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Unifi Mobile & Fibre services to retail customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Process transactions and handle payment methods securely
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store performance
- Stay updated on product features and promotions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
