- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territory
- Conduct regular client visits to build relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and healthcare administrators
- Present diagnostic services and laboratory solutions to healthcare professionals
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for branch growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Laguna
- Knowledge of local healthcare landscape preferred
