Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and effectively communicate technical features to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust network of new and existing customers within the Sarawak region.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Perform market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or direct-to-consumer sales.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (essential for local travel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
