We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will support our retail outlet and consignment counter operations, ensuring seamless daily workflows and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of Fashdex Sdn Bhd, responsible for daily sales follow-up, stock coordination, and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

As a Sales Executive in the Southern Region, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. If you have a strong passion for retail and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily sales operations at the Johor retail outlet and consignment counters to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and manage product replenishment effectively.
  • Execute daily sales follow-ups and implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure consistent store presentation and operational standards.
  • Assist in the organization of promotional activities and seasonal displays.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work independently in the Southern Region and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in POS systems or point-of-sale operations.
  • Proactive attitude towards meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage for regional mobility.
