Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field sales activities across Aceh Barat and surrounding areas to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and end consumers
- Execute product distribution strategies ensuring optimal shelf placement and inventory levels
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within designated open territories
- Conduct regular market analysis to gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback
- Implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising to boost product visibility
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG or consumer products
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Deep knowledge of Aceh's retail landscape and distribution networks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively across the region
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
