Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in Tangerang and Bekasi regions.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional activities and events.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the region.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
